| To cut the story short I recently knackard me engine and to keep me busy while I got an engine sorted I decided to de sticker my car , it was a green car with gold stickers all over , they had been on for over 4 years and I did like them but I fancied a change as there a few more green ones with gold stickers in Darlington area now , I heated stickers up with heat gun I managed to get them all off after 3 hours , but it left a lot of glue on paint work , I asked a mate and he recomended to posibley use a bit of petrol , I did this and it broke a lot of the glue up but never got rid of all of it , sumone else recomended wd40 but be carefull as it can mark paint , any other ideas wud be great , I'm liking the de stickerd look as hopefully it mite stop all the boyracers cuming flying up behind me as much wanting to race , no good when you have 2 children in the car , Cheers | |

| Bug & Tar remover has always worked for me and isnt too harsh on the paintwork. Any choice of polish after that should see you back good as new. As suggested Autoglym Super Resin is good for this or perhaps Meguiars Carnuba Wax which I was recently impressed with. | |

| Alternatively you could try a little squirt of Lian followed by a quick dab of John. Brings my Mrs car up a treat | |
