My brembo brakes are doin my head in they squeak and sound terrible. Wat are the best pads to put in that dont squeek so much. The pads that are in were fitted just before I bought the car 2 month ago so I don't know what they are

Why are they squeaking? are you down to the metal on the pads?

No m8 as I mentioned the pad were replaced only 2 month ago. Have looked on a few forums and from what I have read the brembos are quite prone to squeaky noises. Going to take the pads out tomorrow and trim the sides a touch with a grinder then give them a shed load of copper slip. Hopefully they won't fall out when I'm doin mak 3 lol...

Don't know whether it's the type of pads that govern the squeak or the way they've been fitted, but for the record I'm running Pagids in mine courtesy of Mr Kindon and they are quite as the grave. I reckoned if Drew runs them in the monster they'd be fine in my tootler.

Try some copper slip on before you grind them.......might do the trick
