My wheel dilemma takes another twist Evil or Very Mad
Ordered these wheels in 18 by 7.5 http://www.revolution247.com/kei-force-10-white-77931-0.html from revolution on Saturday for my 2006 hawk Sti only for them to tell me tonight when I was on the phone about tyre size issues as per my other post, anyway they are now saying that the manufacturer says that they won't clear Brembo's, but there is loads of pictures on the Internet of scoobs with them on so will they fit or is this just revolution getting it wrong again, any help would be appreciated as it took me ages to decide on these wheels and don't really want to have to start deciding all over again Rolling Eyes

That's bobbins mate. Surely the first thing anyone would check is what pcd you wanted and whether you had brembos/big brakes fitted. It's a scoob ffs, it comes with the territory. I mean I'm no expert but even I'd ask those questions.

If you don't get an answer on here I'm sure there's plenty of guys on scoobynet either got them fitted or looked at them.

When I was in revolution on Saturday I told them I had a 2006 hawk Sti they even asked if it had Brembo's and went outside to look at car, they then said they would order them on Monday, they are now telling me they will not clear the brakes, but like I said loads of pictures of omprezas with them on even at revolution sure some of them are Sti's

Just read a few threads on Scoobynet and consensus seems to be 8.5 will clear but 7.5 would requires spacers. But the Kei website only lists Force 10's in 7.5 but lists the D2's in 8.5, maybe they were referring to these.

I just banged Kei Force 10 into Scoobynet search, nothing clever, just started reading. I'll have another look now.

Also flicked through the Kei website.

Nearly all the posts I've read relating to STi spec cars seem to list the D2's in 8.5 or the Kei Pulse which are quoted as being designed for "big brake" cars.

Well I've just spent the last 90 mins searching scoobynet and still don't know if they will fit or not seems to be a few people got them but I'm not sure if they have Brembo's on the car or not, looked on the kei website and the only available width in 18s is 7.5.
