Light Blue Blobeye - Durham A167 Snipperley.

Keep seeing this Light Blue Blobeye STi around Durham.

Saw it today again heading south on the A167 just before the Snipperley roundabout.
Was behind it last weekend heading northbound at Snipperley.
Then the weekend before it was entering Prince Bishops car park as I was leaving.

Think Reg was ?11TTA or ?11PTA.

Anyone on here?? Or anyone know of it - Surely soon to be an NESF member if not already.
