Maybe a silly question... but.
Of all the reg plate sellers on line, what is the best way and cheapest way to buy a private plate.
Any advice appreciated.

If you buy direct off Dvla this includes the transfer fee, most others that you can buy off don't include the transfer fee so then you have to pay it.

Agree, I have bought 2 in my time, both from DVLA, found the same plates on other sites for twice the price plus transfer fee (£80)
