My custom center console / lower dash Empty
PostSubject: My custom center console / lower dash   My custom center console / lower dash EmptyMon 13 Aug - 16:31

Still a work in progress but so far I'm really happy with it, all parts made and flocked by me!

Started off like this with a single EGT gauge -

The I decided to add another 2 gauges, one for intake temp and the other one for oil temp (not wired up yet though) -

I wanted to tidy up the gear knob area so I made another panel to match the center console -

Next was to flock the center console surround part, also made a small panel for the Knocklink -

Removed the glove box assembly and made some custom panels to go in it's place. In the near future the upper panel will have various safety switches -

Making a custom panel for the Knocklink (still very much a work in progress!) I have since found out that this position is no good. I need to add a surround for the LEDs as they're simply too bright when it's dark -

Just need to tidy up the wiring on the drivers side and sort out some aluminium footwell panels.

Hope you guys like, any constructive criticism is more than welcome!

Yes I fully agree about the silver screws. Kinda makes it look a little too bling or something.

I did start looking for some black screws the other day but couldn't find any...
