Number Plate

Just had a friendly waring off the local constabulary about my number plate

can you not argue its an import? they wont be able to tell. or your plate not even meet import spec?

Good to see they've cleared up all the unsolved crime in the area and are free to concentrate on trivial matters.......

Seems to be the flavour of the past couple of mth this, pic on the legal motors for havin a slightly diff plate

Just waiting to be stopped for not havin my plate on

Gives them something other than each other and tea breaks to do i suppose

There normaly on the tea break when sitting in the back of these vans, taking pics of the plates and saying they can't read them

Dont think it will be import spec anyway

Cant remember how many times i've been pulled for mine now so a just keep the original plate in the boot and keep sayin that it fell off and a havent had a chance to put it back on yet

Driver fined for 'Scooby-Doo' logo

A motorist who was prosecuted for having a Scooby-Doo logo on his number plate has been fined £175 and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Thomas Edwards, 22, was also ordered to pay £50 in costs after being convicted of failing to comply with the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act.

A spokesman for Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court confirmed that Edwards, of Princes Gardens, Codsall, was convicted of the offence in his absence on Monday.
