All the 92-96 ecu's are plug and play.
Best one is the Z4, then fit a Dawes/gbe valve to raise the boost to 1 bar.
Good for around 280hp with a full decat.

Or if you like a gamble, A Mines ECU, i ran 340/300 @ motorscope with one of these, had it fitted for several years without issue, but i think i'm the only person who hasn't, i know of one lad whos car lasted a week before it went pop. I always ran mine of V Power & NF.
