Subject: Well it's gone my clutch Wed 31 Oct - 22:03
Trev checked clutch tonight not much left on it them we pulled the clutch out the spigot was in bits crushed ball bearings so I've been lucky thanks Trev for the good work and care he takes on my car..... So weres the best place for a clutch ??

I got an exedy clutch off john pye in west auckland, £350 supplied & fitted.

Yes getting a excedy Trev will fit clutch as engine is out already going to import tomorrow glad we had a luck really my main concern is that the clutch won't be bedded in for mapp

Clutches take almost no time to bed in mate, it will be fine.

£280 for exedy uprated from import car parts, just put one in mine 3 weeks ago. very nice too. bedded in straight away.

That would be the exedy blue box clutch I believe its only good for up to 350 ft pounds Ideally you want the pink box one its an extra £100 but has much higher torque rating and better heat resistance.
I will be getting the pink box one sometime after Xmas.

Andy Kindon supplied and fitted my Exedy Pink box (6 Speed) and skimmed flywheel a few weeks ago. Nice clutch but took me a while to get used to it from the OEM.
