I told you yesterday it was kicking out too much black smoke. I just remembered the day at York when we were all sat I Jeffs cossie. That kid who must of only been about 8 looked at his back bumper and shouted "Ere its running a bit rich that like" That has got to be the funniest thing I have heard a kid say ever we were pissing ourselves for ages..
A fooked lambda sensor and that cheapo eclipse copy walbro fuel pump you have will have your air fuel all over the shop m8. Replace them both ASAP and get Bob Rawle to remap it again properly.

Buy good parts too, not the cheapest going,
Cheap = premature failure.

What about when it decides to run lean instead and it melts your pistons.. Not a good idea running cast pistons without a working lambda sensor..

Try some JB Weld on it to hold it in place... Don't know what the heat rating on it is but its quite strong stuff. A friend of mine has a bit of his frame on his Honda CR250 held together with the stuff. Been like that for 3 or 4 years great stuff.

Get some coin saved up and you can get them in time for next York season. I'm Sure Jonny will be making more turbos before then. And if you ask him nicely and pay the extra coin he would possibly put you a billet compressorwheel in for extra bhps.. Only problem is the billet 20g wheels are about £200. And you will need a forged engine too. So that adds up to about 4Gs lol..
