Blown rear bulbs.. Empty
PostSubject: Blown rear bulbs..   Blown rear bulbs.. EmptyThu 10 Jan - 22:23

Evening all. Can anybody help with this please..... 2000 forester - water been getting in rear pass side light unit and blowing the brake part of the stop/tail light.. The normal light still worked however until I tried to change the bulb again yesterday. I managed to crush the bulb whilst trying to ease it out, touching the elements together in the process and blowing bulb on drivers side too!!! Put 2 new bulbs in tonight and only the brake lights are working. Nothing whatsoever for the tail lights are working. Tried to check for blown fuse perhaps but could only find fuses under bonnet and they all intact. Are there more fuses inside car, I looked but none obvious... Any help be greatly appreciated. Cheers Mark....

I think the foresters have the same fuse location as the imprezas
Just under the steering wheel to the right there is a dash pocket... Pull it out and there should be some more fuses there
