| i've been reading up on them and noticed quite alot of them got through the net and were registered as non turbos saying that i'm 23, havent got any no claims and i have 5 points in my licence i'm thinking about getting one
selling my bug gx and going for a classic... is it worth it and can you get into trouble off the insurance companies for imports being registered differently?

| If Pc plod knows what he's looking at ya Fk'd because its technically not wots insured, and you could be dun for it & if you need to make a claim it could be void if a engineer inspects the vehicle, the corsa boys have lost & been squashed a few 2ltr turbos for the same reason & also been dun for no insurance, quite a lot take the risk but its up to you | |

| yeah i understand what you mean, just wasnt sure if it was a loophole as they are registered like that when imported i'll have to have a think about it and see what everyone elses views are on it | |

| Stu it like buying a findus 100% beef lasagne & finding out its horse inside the box, it's not what it says on the tin look at the hassle that's caused lol
Personally I don't think it's worth the risk

| Like Finn says, the insurers know all about the misregistered Scoobs classed as GX's, 1.6's, etc. | |

| I would rather buy one that's registrad correctly then you know you getting a true scoobie turbo and not a sport body with a turbo lump dropped in | |
