Subject: Impreza in auto car wash? Sun 17 Feb - 17:40
Ive always wondered what would happen if an impreza went through a auto car wash, has anyone ever tried it? Fairly sure the scoop and spoiler would get damaged (more so on sti models) but don't fancy trying it out with my pride and joy!

lol i nearly did that today but opted for our local friendly clandestine wash for £5 i still wonder how they make money....soo many employees....then again your car is done in 10 mins!! hmmm

Lol I've always wondered about the local hand wash places too but then opt out in case they scratch the car.......think I may have a mild case of car wash OCD

I've heard of one going through a car wash and getting the spoiler completely ripped off

Hmm yeah thought as much, definitely not going to try it. Wonder if it would confuse the insurance company.....car damaged due to washing it

hand wash every time... best results everytime
but i do go ott when washing my car

Yip same for me, hand wash with the 2 bucket method to try and avoid swirl marks on the paint.
