Nesf club meet @ high force

Weather has been pretty bad up there the last few days, roads are a mess. More snow is forecast for today and tonight so dont be surprised if it takes you a while to get up there

Hmmm, what do people think? Personally I'm not really seeing much point in driving on roads that can't be enjoyed?
Depending on others I may give this a miss this time, but if majority still fancy it then I'll turn out as planned.

I reckon have a meet up and see what crack is tomorrow if not high force then maybe a run out somewhere else?

Am starting to think this.... Forecast says it isn't even going to get above -1 on them roads. Forecast for snow means it'll still be coated all weekend? I want to enjoy the roads and having a bits crack with everyone,, but if it's -1 outside I'll not wanna get out the car either.

I think in goin to give this 1 a miss but defo go to next 1 dnt want to bin car on a bit of stupid ice, shud be better weather for the meet wed and sat next week at whitby if most of u can make it

Well decided gonna unfortunately give it a miss. I think that looks like the Washington services lot won't be making it, thats myself, Mario, bigup & arronRS.

Shame really, we'll just have to try & arrange another one.

Big shame lads....... but safety comes first and in this weather the roads will be an accident waiting to happen. I'd rather get out on the roads with all of you some time in the future rather than just some of you, so no worries.

Rick - still up for the meet on Tuesday 2nd at Newton Grange and we'll have some grub this time. And if any of the lads who were going to meet at Washing ton Services can make iot too just give us a shout and we'll stop off at the services and go over together.

My wifes friend who lives 5 miles from Middleton and Teesdale says the roads are not the best and the road from middleton and teesdale upto Alston has been closed today.

So I think its a good idea to cancel this and arrange something else when it warms up.

Going to give this a miss too lads, it's not worth going out if we can't enjoy the roads! Maybe we should rearrange this for the same date next month when hopefully it will be warmer??
