Spenny mad mile

If you heading to Bish tonight give the mile a miss. I've been sitting here for 20 mins already going nowhere and it's like fkn glass.

Same our way i've just been to shop and van sliding all over roads are like sheets if ice....cant see no signs of the gritters round our way.they want to get their fingers out

Took me 1hr 40mins to get from thinford to Bishop, like you say Keith the mad mile was like a skating rink, the car in front of me going down park head bank bounced off the curb 4 or 5 times while just sliding down with brakes locked on. There was also an artic wagon stuck and just spinning trying to get up Durham Road out of Bishop, never seen a gritter at all on the way home.

The guy who took the decision not to send the gritters out at 3pm was in so much trouble today.

The amount of complaints that came into the council from people getting stuck was unbelieveable.

Should post his email up Iddy I would gladly give him loads of shit for how bad the roads were and how long it took me to get home
