Is it going to be E85 ( 85% ethanol and 15% petrol) or a lower ethanol mix?

I think BP used to do a 102 octane fuel a few years ago, but was only available at certain BP stations, but think they stopped doing it as their was a lack of interest in it as not many people were buying it. Is this shell stuff going to replace the V-Power that they do now or are they going to still sell that and the new stuff.
