Tried these just thought £80 was a bit steep. Asked if he needs the clocks in the car or out, he said he would have to take them out. I told him that the clocks were already out of the car but still said £80

Best clocking story happened to a guy I knew years ago, he was selling his XR2 and decided to wind the clocks back a bit, he took the clocks out and was about to start the job of winding them back when he noticed a small rolled up piece of paper stuck in the back of them, he took it out and unrolled it to find a message saying-
Oh no, not again!!!

I got the speedo on my facelift classic do ne once, I phoned a company called either dashtek or dastek. It was a mobile service, you phone them up and the guy comes round in his van. He briefly asked why i wanted to alter the speedo and i told him that i just wanted to change them to Sti clocks but wanted to keep the same mileage. Then he changed them on his laptop in the back of the van. Cost me £65-70 i seem to remember.
