Its not such a bad thing mate your crank is the only weak point and its perfect excuse to get it out and get a nirated one fitted.. Your just going to have to take it off the road for a few weeks and drive the Audi

Ha had my mate from work round he said it ok got new woodruff keys and crank pully and lots of lock tight

See wot happens tomorro my pal from work helping me after work he thinks it will be fine I seen worse on a land cruiser diesel pump same damage ect it still goin now so hopefully ill be as lucky think I'm gonna get another engine rebuild it my self propyl

Andy, if you can get the use of a tig welder i could build up the crank and you could file it back or just tack the pulley wheel in place?
