There are some cheap oils in tesco, I got 2 x 2litre bottles of castrol magentec fully syntheic 10/40 for £9 each. They had castrol gtx semi synthetic 15/40 for £6 a bottle which was also 2 litres and the cans of puncture repair for £3.50 instead of carrying a spare or both just in case.
