What's the opinions of having 17" alloys on a new age STi? Do they fill the arches enough? They're going to be ET35

Theres a guy round mine with a blob sti that had the standard gold 17s on over the winter and it looked spot on but is on coilovers i think and sits quite low. Its got 18s on now though and looks much better
