Never thought of it damaging the decals, just thought if it doesn't damage paint then it wouldn't damage the decals, I'll have to look into it 1st if you lot think it might damage them.

Bilt Hamber mate - you get twice as much as other clays and you can use water to lube it with. You need to avoid the decals mate. The clay can get stuck under the edges and can cause the decals to peel.

How the hell would I avoid all the decals lol! I've got more of them than I've got paint

Thought it would be a nightmare on your car fella! Is there not a good polish designed for cars with decals on?

I wax it quite regularly and just go straight over all the decals, was just going to clay it to get everything smooth and strip all the old wax off then start again from fresh paint, don't think I'll bother now, sounds like it's going to be too much fook on

The only thing you can do is mask over the edges of the decals 1st but given the amount of decals you have that's a complete pain in the arse as well Sad

I've had the car machine polished before, think the decals were all masked off when it was done

Question is how handy are you with masking tape Steve ??

I wouldn't bother with the amount of decals on your car it would take 3 days and 2 rolls of masking tape per side Shocked

Just stick with the wax bud Very Happy
