Hi all, been looking at the quik shift gear stick for my classic, was just wondering how they work I have looked at them and the only thing I can think of is they are shorter than standered , is this the case ? cheers.

No, they'll have a longer lever. Not the bit you hold, the bit between the linkage and the pivot point.....which makes it feel shorter for you to move.

its makes a difference oggy your old lever will have a curve to it as well as atwrx says it is longer between two so your linkage selector sits a little higher up hence shorter shift Wink
