Hi and welcome
You can but they only came on spec c/ imports so you have to source a rear screen with the hole in and motor/switch etc
I think but not sure the wiring is in already
Just buy some rain x and the water just beads off the windows

Matt at Pole Postion gets them in sometimes good bloke to deal with

Rear wiper was on all jdm sti's
I've a rear window black tint as std with wiper hole & wiper basically I've everything you need inc parcel shelf switch etc
