done a trackday at teeside autodrome today and highly recommend it. was 50 quid for the full day open pit lane. for a kart track its amazing how much room there is and how much speed you can get up to, probs a bit tight for my beemer but still managed to get the back end sliding a bit. was parked beside a lad with a red classic wrx which was flying allday couldnt get near him on the bends. only downside was the heat! had to restrict myself to 5 lap stints as my brakes kept fading and tyres got chewed to bits. well worth a look. might even look for a cheap classic now to strip out and use .

Is that open anytime , like pay and play, or just organized days ? Also what's the rule on cars ? I mean could you buy something not road legal and trailer it down or is it just for cars with tax and test ? sounds good fun like.
