Looking at getting some lowering springs, anybody got any suggestions as to what make to go for, personal experiences etc.....?

I've got some hsd coilovers gdb brand new still in box never used,£585 new I'm wanting £400,they are 5 x 100 pcd

Not sure what to go for, is it just a case of swapping the springs over and hey presto your done?
