| Did royal purple in my 07wrx last week. Really pleased but not had experience of much else. Was quite amazed the oil is purple too. |

| I used it for a while and had no problems and seemed like very good oil. Only thing it was expensive and was hard to find so I switched over to Millers about a year ago.

| AAS exhaust in Newburn are also Royal purple dealer. Read a lot of good things about it but not really used it myself.
Millers for me but only because I have opted for this to start with. | |

I pay £55 for 5 litres of Millers Nano Tech oil. Millers NT oil is an award winning oil - never heard of Royal Purple and why would you put a dye in it to make it purple in colour? Surely this is adding an unnecessary chemical to the engine oil? Can't judge it really as have never used it but I won't be trying it either as all the Subaru specialists I know have recommended Millers for my own engine and I change it every 2500-3000 miles |

| Hi guys I don't post here very often but some know me from SNET Royal purple is a very good oil & works well in performance engines. As for the trade of between millers , I personally have used both & I found my EJ257 more consistent to royal purple in oil usage as to millers. Saying that millers is a great oil & I am currently running this ..
Both oils are suitable take your pic

| I find royal purple to be overpriced rubbish, tried it back in 2003 in my 1st 400hp subaru, dropped it after 4k miles and it was as thin as piss, that was enough to put me off the stuff for good. Could have got the same results from supermarket oil. | |

| Would be good to see back to back tests though after say 3/4000 miles in a big power motor, see whos oil has degraded the most. | |

| Maybe they wouldn't but I bet they drop it after every race and don't do 10k miles on it like the a average subaru owner would, I find going by me own personal experience has always done me well in the past so I will be sticking with that formula | |

| I think royal purple transmission oil was really good, expensive @ £140 but worth it, I put it in the white classic when the box started to wine and crunch, it was like purple syrup it worked and still works done about 5000 more miles and shed load of launches on the strip | |
