Been 6 month

6 month off the fags. If anyone needs to know how i did it? Just stop.
Thought id put it on here as feel abit proud.

Fair play to you mate I've tried loads of times but just can't hack it. On the plus side I've managed to cut it down to only 30 a day   that's no joke

Cheers johnny, iv put abit of beef on but using a bike to take it off as my appetite went off the scale.
Its amazing how much taste i have and how clear my chest feels.
Bet you feel better aswel johnny and its easy if you adament.

I cant see a difference in the money steve but just stopped for myself really.
Didnt bother with patches, pills or anything just stopped. Best thing iv wver done

4 weeks for me now!! Defo not gonna start again

1st week is the worst nick, then it gets easier. Then a point where it dont bother you.
I was on 20 a day maybe 25. I just thought to myself, why am i doing this?? You need will power to do it though but you have to want to stop to stop.

No word of a lie, i walked to the shop 1st week of stopping, and on way back i smelt a cigarette. I thought it was me at first til 2 mins later a lad went past on the road on his bike with a fag in his hand. It freaked me out but your sense of smell comes back after a few days. Its unreal what fags do

Agreed 1st week was hard then I looked out the window and it was freezing cold,pissing down and I thought to myself "I would be outside in this smoking!!" That's when I knew that was it, if you smoke 20 a day that's over £3000 a year!!!

Not really noticed much taste bud wise yet but I had my usual spicy Chinese the other night and it blew my head off!! Was never normally that spicy!!

Few times iv thought to myself... I could murder a fag.. Fook that never again like.
Me dad stopped for 10year, had a car accident and started again. He still smokes now. 15 years on

Hmmm thats a 2.1 forged engine you could have with change.
Give your self a challenge mate, spend £8 per day on fags, or put £8 per day in a jar and spend it on summit you like, like your car.
Its hard Nick but worth it.

Am 2/3 wks on a E-cig.........am still getting a slight nicotine fix but none of the chemicals......my lungs are clearing, my taste buds are good my appetite is on the up but am starting to think why am I even bothering with this e-cig and smoking vapour ??? Anyway good on ya fella it's 1 dirty habit we could all kick and make big savings a year
