Looks like we are beginning our very own period of austerity in the KGT household, hence the request. Decent fuel price checker that compares local garages / supermarkets etc, preferably subscription free. What you got ?

I normally just find either Tesco or Sainsburys in Bishop Auckland are the cheapest as they are right opposite each other and try to out do each other on prices, also they are no the 2 mins from my house.

Other than that there are some apps that you can download for ipad or iPhone that will tell you nearest garages and prices

I'm not the best at math but the price differance has to be quite substantial to gain that extra litre as the most have 60 litre tanks so can't see the point?!?!?    Question

Normally I'd agree Nunu, but two cars over a period of time adds up, hence me selecting Tesco99 over V-Power at £4.00 a tank difference in favour of my nearest garage. I'm not pleading poverty, just trying to be sensible, plus my mileage will double from mid year when no our office moves  Rolling Eyes

When I got mine mapped off Bob Rawl he asked what fuel I was using and I said Tesco 99 and he said that's fine as there's no difference between that and v-power

Does more school runs than most people. I try not to worry myself over fuel
I've two cars and two people carries I'd end up consuming myself if I looked at it
Too long. Plus I've saved loads on impress last few weeks as wife been driving
And her foot is no were near as heavey as mine Wink

But heeee hoooo. Long live the gas guzzling motors
Atleast till we run outta oil to make it.
