Subject: Blue scoob with white wheels Mon 27 Jan - 8:27
This morning pulled up to the cross roads near tindale working mans club this morning about 7.40ish when another scoob pulled up at the other side of traffic lights and another blue one with white wheels he got away before me and headed towards Iceland/aldi roundabout I did flash my light twice but couldn't see and reaction as it was dark out
