Subaru had been my dream car and it had not disappointed my 10 reg wrx I'm in love with anybody recommend mods?

Welcome to the forum mate. You will find no shortage of members helping you to lighten your wallet on mods! Is your car currrently running standard WRX power or is it the PPP version or has it been modified in any way? Are you looking for more power or cosmetic mods to improve it's looks or both? Have a browse over to the Photos section and have a look at this thread. It might give you some ideas for the cosmetic mods anyway!

It's fitted with a PPP pack running roughly 265bhp I'd like to get it running around 330 I've had the exhaust decatted with a straight through system still with prodrive back box which I'm changing shortly

Perhaps have a think about coming down to the NBO at end of June where you'd be able to see a lot of cars in one place, might give you some ideas. Take a look in the Events section and get your name on the official attendee list if you interested.

If your wanting that sort of power out of a WRX then its defo a turbo change as the standard turbo will only give you 300hp at its limit.

If you have decatted the car all ready, I would be looking at getting it remapped as soon as possible, if you have a remap, decatted exhaust and decent panel filter (K&N) you should be close to 300hp.

Is it not already mapped with the ppp pack as it mentions and engine management upgrade with the PPP pack. Also would you recommend upgrading the intercoolers first ?

I think iddy means if you have changed from a catted system to a decatted system you need it remapping asap

Thanks for the welcomes finding a place to map the engine is my next priority then would a standard wrx intercoolers need to be changed to a sti sized one before mapping it?

I wld get a Sti Intercool before mapping or u will have to get a map tweek if u get a intercooler after u have had it mapped. Bob rawle is one of the best to map your car

it is mapped in a way but it is just a standard map that Subaru put on all PPP cars, it's not a bespoke remap.

Due to the mods that you have done it now needs a bespoke map putting on the car done by a mapping expert.

this takes into account all your modifications.

The standard intercooler on a WRX is good for 300hp anymore then you need to start thinking about the STI one.
