| Hello! Thought i would share my current cars. My Impreza Sport, its a 1999 2.0AWD. When i bought it in September 2011, it was looking a little basic & sorry for itself, but a lot of work & pennies later took it from this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]to this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Amongst many other things it now has a Genuine borla UEL Manifold, 4 Pot front Brakes & Rear Disc Conversion. As far as im concerned, other than maintainence, this car is completed. Now last month i came across this for sale, its a 2000 Impreza Turbo 2000. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Very low mileage! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Bought her with a short MOT, which it failed instantly, but only on 1 Tyre & a Lower Ball Joint, i took this as an opportunity to change the wheels of course for something more desireable... [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Shes also had a full machine polish, full service including all fluids changed too. Have some HID headlights here ready to fit, a Zerosports induction hose & a dashtop triple gauge pod, just need to get some gauges! | |

Done over 50K miles in that in less then 3 years lol The 2000 also passed her MOT yesterday morning too so its certainly playtime now | |

| I'm going to the Custom & Modified show at Yorkshire Autodrome on 18th May, The Yorkshire Modified Show in Pickering on the 8th June and then the Northern Big One on the 29th June. I might be able to squeeze another one in though, and Scarborough is not too far away really. | |

| Bought a couple of new bits for the Turbo. Bailey Dump Valve [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]New Wheels, Inovit Redline's [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Fitted the Dump Valve & it sounds perfect, clear sound but not too loud. These wheels are the ones i originally wanted but could find any, wanted white too, managed to get these for just £170 delivered. They are also 18s and the tyres are dead so im taking the tyres off my current wheels next week to put onto these | |

| Got the wheels fitted this week, had to modify the rear arches a little bit though as they were catching rather badly. Gave her a clean up yesterday & took some pics whilst the sun was out. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] | |

| Update time, since i last posted here i have been very busy with work commitments but a couple of things have been done on Mia. Gave the engine bay a good clean up, took a while but well worthwhile Before [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]After [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Then picked up a Strut brace locally at a nice price too [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Then came across some STi clear rear lights for just £80, couldnt miss out on these as i wanted some anyway, a lot happier with them over the standard lights, also picked up some colour coded side skirts & rear bumper spats for £20 (spats not fitted at this point) [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Making good use of a beautiful car [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Then last week i got my 3" sport cat downpipe & fitted the full turbo back system, rear spats now fitted too. Old System [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]New System [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Love the sound of this system and because it also has a removeable bung, my neighbours love it too! Also fitted silicone turbo hoses & clear side indicators but dont have any pics of these yet. Got a set of silicone coolant hoses to fit & refresh the coolant before winter too | |
