Rear Wheel Arches .... Helpppp!!

First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section .... I wasn't sure where to put it!

Does anyone know where I can get replacement pieces to repair my rear wheel arches on a classic?

The lad who did my paint job, rubbed it all down and filled it but the rust has started to bubble up again a month down the line !!

He says the arches are too far gone and need replacing - but he doesn't have anywhere to get replacement parts and nor does his supplier.

Any help would be appreciated please?

May be worth getting some rear arches from a scrapped car with good ones, never seen replacement panels apart from full rear quarters.

why duzn't he cut out the corner rotten section and just fabricate a new corner piece and weld it back in

Well, he said he can do that but it would be easier to have the shaped pieces ... lol

my arche was rotton too
as i couldnt find any replacement arches i had to make my own and i hadnt done anything like this before and wouldnt like to do it on someone elses car im sure a good body shop could do it.
some pics of what i done

my arche was totaly rotton

so i cut it all back to fresh metal


then got a piece of sheet metal and cut sqaure pieces out and tacked them in place then welded them












i then had to get my arche line so i got loads of a4 pieces of paper and stuck them together to make 1 big piece
then went to the oppisite rear quarter and stuck it on the quarter and arche and drew the quarter and arche line carfully onto the paper
then cut it out and stuck it on the rear quarter i was doing lineing it up best i could i then drew the arche line onto the pieces of metal
then i got my arche line i then cut it out carefully with a grinder to get my new arche(sorry got no pics of cutting the paper arche)

i then needed a lip to go round the arche so i cut 10mm stripps out of the metal sheet and tacked it round the arche


then started to catty it in smooth and then paint it and see were needed more catty doing this a few times then i just let the bodyshop do the rest
its not perfect but i tried

i can do you a deal on 2 arches
