| Just changed my engine pistons and I'm getting my car remapped to 330+ and want to change my standard wrx intercooler. Would a sti intercooler handle it or would a front mounted be Perrin kit be better? | |

Ah that would have helped, presumed you had an older car for some reason, you'll need a new gen STi TMIC or find another, like Grimmspeed, Process West etc.....saves you going front mount. | |

| it's not as easy as that on a hatch WRX. the STI intercooler won't fit directly as the turbo is different. you have to change turbo, intercooler and even the inlet manifold. | |
