| As the majority of us are males between 18 and 50 and enjoy everything that this demographic does, I was thinking about adding a fitness and training section, i know a lot enjoy cycling, running and weight train etc, as we are a close group I am sure the odd bit of training advice from some of the hard core lifters, runners and cyclists would come in very handy.
Also advise on nutrition, supplements and anything exercise related could be talked about in this section.
What are your thoughts? Good idea or am I barking up the wrong tree? | |

| Good idea. Least you'll be able to have a back and forward conversation rather then looking at info on the net that is years old.. | |

| Well i goto the gym as of 3 weeks ago. Weight training. I had a accident with a kids slide and bruised my ribs, lungs etc. I'm back there next week after work and going to get right into it. The help I'll need of the likes of Hutchy and Steve & john is the supplements i should be taking. Protein and stuff, best value for money and the rest of it. I dont know the names of machines or anything so i just goto the gym and do what I want really which is no good. Need a routine to get into and a set plan of what I should be doing every other day. Good idea Johnny | |

| Apart from the Chinese building a road straight through it and raping the land either side of the road, yes it was beautiful. | |

| New section can't do any harm, either people will look at it or they won't, I personally think it's a good idea. | |

| Don't let spinal surgery put you off, this is my spine and I am right into the training lark again. Lost 5 stone in the last year. | |

| That's a canny picture Jonny, I don't have any pics but I know that they "channelled" up into 3 of my vertebrae to get access to my spinal cord so they could remove the tumours (benign). It's a good enough excuse to get out of going to a gym, get enough exercise walking around with me camera & back pack!
