| I have an oil leak from the valve cover. i have done the head on my wrx and replaced the seals on the valve cover but have a leak *changed all seals inc half moons and bolt seals *tried with and with out sealer. *six times and still leaking *bought another cover and still leaking *head is well and truely done in. *owned car seven weeks been off road five now any one have any ideas? before i smash it into bits.(atleast i can see a leak then) | |

| cant drive it as pissing out. also cant as didnt get him to do head as lack of funds so done it myself hate fixing other peoples shit myself i bought the valve cover off him though.. | |

| can you pinpoint were on the cover the leak is coming from ,like front near the cam seals etc, | |

| from the bottom corner at the back on drivers side. replaced cam seals and they are bone dry. half moon seals above leak is also dry. just seems to be coming directly from bottom. | |

| make sure you put the turbo oil drain pipe back on, if its not on right it might spray oil on that side of the head, just a thought | |

| its coming directly from the cover, had camera down and watched it leaking | |

| Had new seals and cover fitted again today, still have a leak in the same place. so its not the valve cover or seals at fault but what the hell is it?
thinking of selling if any one is interested as buying a new car as need one for family. | |
