are you putting oem gaskets coz the cheap ones dont work very well and put this on https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#q=dirko+sealant&tbm=shop&spd=13167353120341092218 i normally fill the cam cover then sit the rubber in then go over the rubbers again with the dirko then tighten the bolts middle then diagonal corners like doin a head gasket normally sorts it

from the bottom corner at the back on drivers side. replaced cam seals and they are bone dry.
half moon seals above leak is also dry. just seems to be coming directly from bottom.

make sure you put the turbo oil drain pipe back on, if its not on right it might spray oil on that side of the head, just a thought

Had new seals and cover fitted again today, still have a leak in the same place. so its not the valve cover or seals at fault but what the hell is it?

thinking of selling if any one is interested as buying a new car as need one for family.
