today i have had my 3" exhaust turbo back, sti tmic, vf43, k&n panel filter, hrc fuel pump fitted and all ready for mapping on thursday i cant wait

My car made 355bhp 350 torque.. Dual map with pops bangs, launch etc ... Very happy..

Slow drive home lad i went up with his classic blew up at 420bhp 1.6 bar during mapping oil pump failed

Nice results mate, like you say any more and its a lotto on when the gearbox gives in. Are you now saving for a 6 speed.

I was sick for him it had just had a forged rebuild.. It was doing well until the oil pump failed..
Over the moon with mine though goes really well now

Think i seen something about that on facebook, does the lad run scoobybits or something? Sure i read he had the engine rebuilt but did not put a new oil pump in?

Yeh I seen that on the Scoobybits northeast Facebook page, engine let go during mapping as oil pump failed, but was a used oil pump that was used in the build not a new one.

i didnt buy it to take it easy it goes flat out every where haha... if it goes bang it goes bang i am looking for 6 speed box though as i am hoping to get it forged rebuild over winter while im off work

love it mate... i was devastated when i bought it. i never test drove it before i bought it... i went from a fully specd gt4 370bhp to this.. hence spending 2k in 4 weeks it was make or break
