just the std Subaru oil filter does, 800 miles is very generous imo fella

i rarely use my car mate its just a toy... id rather be safe than sorry for the sake of £80 give or take

Ive had mine done by kindon after 1000 miles run in and 2000 miles and it was impeccable, that might be down to the engine like but don't tell him that cos his head will get bigger than normal n you don't want that lol

I've got a six speed box and it's fully forged as you know. Best thing I've done to the car. Just gives you piece of mind. Also the boost can get turned up For oil changes every 2k-3k is enough. Millers Nano Drive 10w 60 for oil.

What forged pistons and rods you using ?
Don't use cosmetic head gasket either, Cosworth or gen Subaru.
