| As above, does anyone know what the rules are? I have a un insured and un taxed car I need to move, would I be able to tow it or is it illegal? Had a mate who was goin to drive it on his traders insurance but has let me down, | |

| How are you towing it? If all wheels are off the floor it aint a problem. I know all cars need to be insured now regardless. Even if your car is in a garage on Sorn it has to be insured. Just chance it and if you get stopped pleed ignorance lol how far you towing it? | |

| Just add it to your insurance policy for 1 day if you are worried, shouldn't cost much, I done it a few month ago for 2 days was only about £30 | |

| Just tow it dicca. There aint a driver in the car. Plus you can drive a car to a mot test without tax. Me and my dad towed my car to Steve jones's house. A subaru pulling a subaru it had pull me over wrote alk over it. Police aint bothered | |

| Hate to say it mate but if its on the road it needs to be legal, yes you can take a car with no tax to an MOT station but it needs to be booked in. Your best option is to use a trailer.
All you need is an arse of a copper or someone to bump into you then your in the crap.
You cant please that you didn't know any better as ignorance is not a defence in the eyes of the law :-( | |
