Finally got round to painting my winglets last week having had the paint for weeks and pretty pleased with the results given they were a rattle can effort done in the garage so thought I would whack some pictures up.

As they came off the car. Might not be obvious in the pics but bad prep, blue paint showing through on the ridges, spots that had reacted & stonechips.

My helper giving them a wash then given a going over with the d/a.

Dusting of plastic primer to any bare spots, 3 coats of crystal grey metallic & 5 coats of lacquer.

Massive improvement from before and will be going back on the car along with a ht autos splitter sometime this coming week.

Cheers Ross.
