Just a quick 1 if anyone knows we're I can get a exhaust with a bit of grunt please let me know I found a few places but to be fair in not to sure what I need so I'll leave it to you experts

milltek do a cat back and a full decat, but the full decat will require a remap. so not a good option.
If I was you go and get the 340r pack fitted by Subaru then you know its covered under the warranty. If you put anything on it that's not approved by Subaru bye bye warranty. speaking from experience.
The pistons on your car are very poor as most people on here will confirm who have a 2.5s so if you try to do too much to the engine its going to suffer.

I spoke to Subaru about the upgraded exhaust and they told me there wasn't much diff with the sound that's what put me off I don't want something were u can hear me a mile off I just want that bit of extra grunt and to pay £750 plus vat for a exhaust that dnt sound much diff sort of put me off I dnt really know much about cars that's why I was hoping to get advice on here and your right about warranty that's why I just wanted to change exhaust and put a dump valve on maybe air filter 2 but taking your advice on board maybe it's best left til warranty up and just use Subaru

I have the milltek fitted to mine but it is a decat version with centre resonator box, but its not cheap. If you go for a cat back version without the resonator that will give you the burble I think your looking for. You could change the air filter for a K&N panel filter it will give you a few more horsepower but you could be looking at a remap as you have changed the air intake. Be very careful adding a dump valve as this can cause problems with a standard setup.
Unfortunately there's not many companies do the exhausts for the saloon so your choice is very limited. Perrin do a nice one see below, Scooby Clinic are the UK sellers

We have a 2009/59 plate hatch sti with.k & n panel filter and H & S de resonated cat back.sounds amazing to been fitted for over 2&half years with no re map lian
