Yes although the launch control patch does cost on your car. Its £30 iirc but you'll have to let your mapper know in advance to give him time to obtain it.

Who was the car mapped by, if you get them to put it on when they are next doing a mapping session it won't cost much, but I wouldn't recommend it on a 5 speed box with the power your running, can't see the box lasting long if you used it, 6 speed box is fine with it as much stronger.

You can john Wink . My mate has been mapping it into his hawkeye, and not just pops n bangs before anyone suggests that. Its not switchable on the standard ecu though unlike aftermarket units. Andrew carr was uploading a new firmware onto newage cars that would allow for switchable antilag and run mafless etc but not sure of when he comes up now.

It's a new thing for the newage ECU's, it's called Carrberry ROM http://teamcarr.asuscomm.com/superrom.html

Not sure which mappers offer it though, don't think Bob Rawle or Andy F offer it, but others may?

Only available for 01-05 models by the looks of it. Before I give up scooby ownership (whenever that may be) I would really like to have had a one with anti lag on.

Not dissing any other mappers out there, but if AndyF and BobR aren't doing it then there's probably a very good reason for it. And that'll do for me. If I was to get it done then it would probably be via the "Byers" route as well.
