 best spark plugs?

Am I rite that NGK PFR6B plugs are the best for the V2 sti? If so where is best to get them? Having trouble on cold start and odd miss fire.

i used to get from wards in bishop Steve or import parts

ill price them from wards if u want as i gets pikey prices
