Well after a lot of should or shouldn’t i fit it, finally fitted it today and I’m well happy love it,
Started with the measurement and took about 2hrs, checking over and over again to make sure it was in the right place,
Then took 5 times picking up the drill and then putting it down and measuring again Laughing Laughing

took the tape off and painted the bear metal

Then fitted the rivnuts and sealed them to stop water getting in the car

Definitely easier on someone else's car Very Happy
if you get one make sure is an oem spoiler, there a lot easier to fit and you don’t have to take any interior panels off, think there’s one on eBay now but the starting price is £200 and Darren from Naughty tts wanted £200 for his so not cheep, (cheers mike  Wink  Wink

I know I was one of those who said dont do it (as pointed out by the Phantom Raspberry Blower of Toonside) but it does look good on. Hats off to you for having the balls to put holes in metal.

As for the price of a new one quoted at £700, thats just bloody ridiculous, you can buy a whole car for a little more. I'd be surprised if subaru are paying any more than $20-25 for one.

Looks great now that it's fitted, the OEM ones of these are made of metal not like most of the copies which are just plastic
