| Anyone on here rent houses out?
Im renting mine out in about 3-4 weeks and want to know the best place to get landlord insurance | |

| Maca, Direct Line have our business. Only thing you might need to consider is additional rent protection if someone defaults, but our properties are managed so doesn't apply to us. | |

My property will be managed mate by Hegartys (estate agent from Houghton le spring), ill give them a ring mate cheers, what sort of monthly repayment am I looking at? | |

| I have mine through Simply business. Due for renewal this month so see what they come up with this year. Beat direct line last year. | |

| Maca, ours is aobut £16 from memory. I'll have a word with the mrs and let you know. £11 sounds like a steal if it gives you the cover you want.
