still waiting for my eibach pro kit coming from scoobyworld, what is in the kit ? is it just 4 springs or do you get bump stops? I have herd contrasting info whether they need replacing /trimming ect

You are supposed to use your existing bump stops mate - but mine were really perished when I bought my Tein lowering springs so I ordered a new set of bump stops. Andy Kindon knew that they had to be trimmed and he also knew by how much. Mine was a Classic 1998 V5 Type R though.
I think these may be the ones you need but double check yourself bud:

I am not 100% mate that's why I said phone Kindon - he is my go to Guru! I just know I had to get new ones as mine were knackered - but that's probably because the doughnut who had the car before me hacksawed the oem springs instead of buying lowering springs!!
I just want you to make 100% sure you are doing the right thing before spending any more money

Help please I am in the process of fitting my springs but what ones are front and rear . The ones on the car look similar but the ones in the box don't . One set has a plastic Sleve -
