My car has 2 different boost levels on the racerom 1.6 and 1.1 bar. For some reason the car seems to be stuck on the lower boost setting weather I've accidentally knocked it over I'm not too sure. Its happened a couple of times before and switching the car on and off has just sorted it. I've done the accelerator of the floor with the ignition on and pressed the rear heater switch which I think is supposed to toggle the boost level. Just to check that it is the right procedure for altering the boost levels. Other than that is it worth disconnecting the battery to reset the ecu. If not I'll get the car in for a check but thats what it seems it might be. cheers

Best way I think is to be on the move. 4th gear, low speed, foot to the floor then double tap the rear screen button, not a single tap iirc. You should feel the difference in the boost as it changes that's why I think it's best to do on the road

Happend the other week and today where the car was hitting 1 bar rather than 1.6. Would a leak around the intercooler piping potentially cause loss off boost.

My intercooler>Throttle body hose wasn't fully tight and instead of 1.7bar I was getting 1bar when I took it off to change, im guessing it had been tightened too much by the previous owner (not me HONEST) and knacked the ridges on the Jubilee clip....as performance for some £6 clips and im all good again.
edit: I could hear my leak though.... a horrible 'gasping' noise opposed to hissing
