Right there is a very slim chance i may be offered a relocation to oz to work and have been looking at cars over there.Shells V power is 98 ron.Would i be allowed to take me car with me with it being modded and decatted or are they super strict on car regs over there. Also there super unleaded is 95ron.so if theirs no shell stations near by i guess i would be stuffed.(MY96WRX JDM).

From what I know the Police are very strict on modified cars - used to watch all of the Police shows on Sky.

My brother tried to import a car to Oz but because it was modified they would not accept it unless it was returned to standard condition.

Anyway found this site about importing cars into Australia:
http://www.aaa.asn.au/touring/bringing.htm
http://carizma.com.au/Pages/Import%20-%20Regulations.htm

Best advice is - sell the Scoob and buy a Holden Maloo:
