dodgy wiring maybe a amateur job for fogs that caused all to fail maybe????? trace fog wires see if there genuine or aftermarket

Check the wiring loom at the bottom of the radiator. Make sure its not melted slightly... Especially if you have cheap headers on.....

sounds a bit random have you tried getting a test light and checking if you've got power both sides of the fuse? could be something on the back of the board or even the board itself
