Subject: bugeye sti power??? Mon 19 Apr - 20:25
been lookin at scoobs everyday on the net and set myself a limit of 5k. some nice bugeyes around for that money but seen a nice sti bugeye but it was 7k. got me thinking if i pay 5k for a wrx how much will it cost to get it up to the same performance and looks as a sti?
might have to have a rethink of my budget and save a few more ££££££££ up to get a one thats already got some goodies on it. wish i had 7k in the bank now after seeing dan g's scooby in the for sale section. looks lovely.

should be able to get a blobeye for that sorta money! STI deffo worth persuing over a WRX imo. with the STI you get:
forged pistons 6spd gearbox Brembos superior intercooler better turbo and larger injectors VVT better seats & interior shifter light

i didnt realise there was that much difference. ive been looking on autotrader/pistonheads and ebay and cant find any blobeye sti's for 7k. i prefer the look of the blobeye but they seem to have gone up a little in price.

go for a STI every time i wish i had the 6 times i got WRXS
I think people will find the prices of imprezas have started to get more again Wahoo. so you may striugge too get a blob eye STi for 7k<
