as above, im taking my uncle to look at a v reg petrol clio in morn and was jus wondering if there was anything i should keep an eye out for? ie common faults ect? any info appreciated thanks Very Happy

if its old shape cv joints (driveshafts) m8 not a great deal more Smile

rear springs snapping although on a v plate they probably have been done, anti roll bar drop links snap. both pretty easy to see by just looking under the car.

Bonnets also flip up on you when driving Shocked

Would go for a corsa or fiesta instead as french build quality is truly awful.

only if not maintianed properly. If the catch has any rust on it take it to a renault garage and the will change it

He didnt buy the Clio, arches were rotten, bk ns spring was snapped and it was minging lol, still looking for a little run about if any1 got 1 for sale?? Very Happy
